1. Services
BearaByte provides custom software, web development, branding, and related services. The scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in individual contracts or proposals.
2. Payments
- All payments are due as agreed in the proposal/contract.
- Late payments may result in delayed project delivery or suspension of services.
3. Intellectual Property
- Client retains ownership of content, brand assets, and proprietary info they provide.
- BearaByte retains ownership of tools, templates, and code libraries developed independently.
- Final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Sharing of Information
Both parties agree to keep sensitive business and project information confidential, unless disclosure is legally required.
5. Limitation of Liability
BearaByte will make every effort to deliver high-quality work. However, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues beyond our control (such as 3rd-party service outages).
6. Terminaltion
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination will still apply.
7. Governing Laws
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted oThese terms shall be governed by the laws of Washington, USA.
